Every business wants to grow and stay competitive in its industry. Raising productivity and increasing your innovation level are the two key thrusts to enable you to achieve that.
You can achieve these if you use the Competition Act to help your business grow and compete.
Join us at the seminar to find out how the Competition Act can stop or prevent any business practices that are against your businesses competing on merit, such as large companies who may unfairly prevent potential customers from doing business with smaller companies; or by suppliers who may collude and fix the prices of goods and services supplied; or by companies who form a merger or joint venture that substantially reduces the level of competitiveness in market.
By stopping such anti-competitive practices that work against business and consumer interests, the Competition Act enables companies to continue to innovate and provide better products and services to their customers.
It is a great way to harness competition as you re-think your business and seek opportunities for growth.
