Enterprises are facing unprecedented challenges arising from uncertainties of the economic recovery, intense competition in the global markets, and a new economic world order. Surviving and succeeding in such a dynamic and challenging economic climate requires new skills and attributes.

The leadership decisions that SMEs must make are not only tougher but also more consequential.  Since the last global financial crisis, enterprises have come to understand, only too well, the importance of resilience. Many have survived and emerged even stronger with calmness, flexibility, and perseverance in meeting the challenges of such unpredictables. This would not have been possible without the effective leadership and foresight of the SME bosses.

How can SMEs better prepare themselves to lead in this current uncertain economic environment and move on with an even greater sense of confidence and optimism? What are the new challenges and opportunities emerging ahead of us?

The 12th Annual SMEs Conference will address such pressing issues and allow the delegates to brainstorm ideas and share experiences among themselves in facing the new economic world order ahead.
